- Minimum 7 night stay during high season, minimum three night stay during low season. If your desired stay is less, please correspond with the owner for request.

- Check in at 3.00 PM (please liaise with manager for alternative arrival),
- Check out at 10.00 AM,
- A pool cleaner will arrive weekly for the maintenance of the swimming pool during high season. If there are unfavourable weather conditions at some point in the duration of your stay, additional maintenance may be arranged by contact with the caretaker,
- Pool cleaning equipment is available on-site for personal skimming of the top water,
- A BBQ is located on the terrace and it is expected for guests to use the cover provided when weather conditions are poor and to be reasonably cleaned after use,
- The home is not adapted to persons with reduced mobility,
- Smoking is reserved for outdoors on the summer terrace,
- Please bring your own swimming pool towels as they are not supplied,
- No pets,
- The caretaker lives 5 minutes from the Villa and a phone number will be supplied for any questions, queries, complaints or general tips and information of the area and Villa.
- The Villa sleeps 8 persons. No additional occupants will be permitted.
- Tenants are asked to arrive after 3 PM on the day of arrival and leave no later than 10.00 AM on the day of departure. Please contact the owner or caretaker if this is an issue.
- In the event of cancellation, there are no refunds if your booking is cancelled after 14 days of confirmation and payment. Between the date of confirmation/ payment and the 14th day, your money will be happily refunded to your nominated account.
- All International bank transaction fees are the responsibility of and payable by the tenant.
- A breakage deposit of 500 Euro will be held by the owner constituent to your stay at the Villa in the event of damage to the home or a major appliance. The deposit will be returned to the tenant's nominated account seven days after the departure date to ensure accountability. It is expected that any small item damaged by the tenant should be replaced and the caretaker should be notified.
- The tenant should report any breakage, defect or breakdown immediately to the caretaker who will arrange for the repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
- Linen & Towels - a charge of 20 Euros per person per week,
- Meet & Greet by Cartaker 40.00 euro
- Obligatory departure cleaning charge of 130 Euros,
- Damage deposit of 500 euro is to be paid in Cash or deducted from account & refunded at departure or within 7 days to nomninated account - provided no damage is encountered after Inspection by Caretaker
